Following the success of Kweku Darlington’s huge song “Sika Aba Fie,” the musician has chosen to branch out into Drill music. As a result, Nigerian superstar and Big Brother Naija 2020 winner Laycon and Ghanaian multiple award winner Medikal are featured on this. Aketesia is a Twi term that translates to “Young woman.” Jay Scratch created the tune, which appears to be a mash-up of highlife and drill.
