Fans Jamming to songs from their favorite artist in the UK
Despite a few technological difficulties, the concert was deemed a success by the majority of guests. Stonebwoy paid a courtesy call to Ghana’s High Commissioner last week while in London for the event, and the two discussed Ghanaian music and other topics.
During the debate, the Bhim Nation musician said that he had paid a pittance in royalties to Ghana since the beginning of his career.
“I’m saying it here on camera, this is Stonebwoy, I’m telling the truth, the most I’ve ever gotten from recording music as royalty from Ghana is two thousand Ghana cedis,” Stonebwoy remarked, and Papa Owusu Ankomah exclaimed, “what?”
“But what about all your songs that are played virtually every minute?” the High Commissioner inquired, to which Stonebow said, “the conversation is large in Ghana, people know.”
