The list of Nominees for this year’s International Reggae And World Music Awards(IRAWMA) has been released with some Ghanaian artistes gaining some nominations. Artistes such as Epixode, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, DJ Switch and Fancy Gadam got nominated in some of the categories.

Epixode, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy got nominated in the Best African Dancehall Entertainer category and they come up against Burna Boy and Patoranking.

Dj Switch was also nominated in the Best Young Entertainer category alongside Mesa Khonesa,Ngozi Wright ,Wayne J and Vybz T.

For the Best Afrobeat Entertainer category, Fancy Gadam would wish to come up winner ahead of Afro B, Burna Boy, Davido, Diamond Platinum and Innoss B.

This year’s IRAWMA to be held under the theme ‘Reggae Rise’ would come off Kingston,Jamaica at the AC Marriott Hotel on Sunday March 29,2020.
